Abstract

| This main objective of the study is to provide information to the process of decisions making for future education strategies which the Government of Paraguay (GoP) will undertake to strengthening what has been achieved and the future challenges of the education sector. To achieve this, the study makes an analysis of the nature of the results by the policy reforms after 35 years of dictatorship. Based on this analysis the study presents a series of scenarios and alternative strategies to take Paraguay to achieve its education reform objectives toward year 2015. |
